POTG operations are back to normal and our offices are open.

However, due to the temporary suspension of outgoing deliveries from Hurricane Idalia on Wednesday August 30, our local UPS hubs are experiencing higher than normal processing volumes.

Our operations team along with our UPS logistics rep. have advised us to err on the side of caution and postpone outgoing deliveries until Tuesday September 5, 2023 (Monday September 4, is Labor Day). The reason for this is to prevent orders from arriving late or thawed due potential increases in UPS's transit and delivery times.

NOTE: All unfulfilled orders that have not shipped between Tuesday August 29 - to Monday September 4, will be shipped Tuesday September 5.

TUESDAY 8/29/23 @ 9:30 A.M.

UPS has suspended all pickups in our localized area, and Paleo On The Go will be closing early today in preparation for Hurricane Idalia. We will resume normal business operations Thursday, August 31, (weather/local conditions permitting). 

NOTE: Outgoing shipments may be delayed, and is contingent upon UPS resuming normal operations post-storm. Please reach out to customer service for any questions pertaining to orders and order shipping/turnaround times.

 

MONDAY 8/28/23 @ 5:00 P.M.

UPS has suspended all pickups in our localized area. If you have an order that shipped today, you will receive the shipment within the shipping method's standard window of delivery. If you received a shipping confirmation email, that is confirmation your order left our facility today.

NOTE: Orders that have not shipped today will be held and processed in the order in which they were received when we reopen on Thursday, August 31.

Projections indicate that Idalia will likely intensify, potentially escalating to hurricane-level winds, before it makes landfall along the Gulf Coast of Florida. This impending event will impact POTG's operations, potentially causing delays in shipping contingent upon the precise landfall location.
