Shipping Schedule
We ship nationwide with FedEx and once your order ships, it'll arrive within 1-2 days.
Our ordering schedule is based on orders being placed by midnight PST for days specified below:
- Orders placed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday ship on Monday
- Orders placed Saturday and Sunday ship on Tuesday
- Orders placed Monday and Tuesday ship on Wednesday

- Order Range: December 18 – December 24
- Delivery on Friday, December 27, or Saturday, December 28*

- Order Range: December 25 – December 31
- Delivery on Friday, January 3, or Saturday, January 4*
Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can also check shipping details and track your package via our website by logging in to your Paleo On The Go account.
*Note - please check your addresses carefully! Paleo On The Go reserves the right to limit or refuse credits and replacements if an address error is made.
Other Shipping Terms and Conditions
Your food will be packaged with the utmost care. Our goal is for every customer to receive their food in excellent condition and nice and cold, just as it is when it leaves Paleo On The Go’s door.
Although it’s rare and mostly out of our control, slight thawing may occur during transit. If any of your items appear thawed or damaged, please check the temperature of those items. Your meals are safe to consume or refreeze if they are cold to the touch; more precisely, 41°F or less. Re-freeze these items if you’d like, or follow instructions for refrigerated food. Upon receipt of your delivery, make sure to freeze or refrigerate as soon as you are able. If you aren’t home until late on the delivery date, please make arrangements for someone to bring the order inside and place it in the refrigerator or freezer.
If you have any special instructions regarding a delivery date or delivery address, please include all the information in the comments area at checkout. You must provide a physical address. Our shopping cart system will reject a P.O. Box™.
We strive to offer great service and to accommodate your requests whenever possible. If you have any order modifications, including cancellations, please let us know up until the day before your order is set to ship. Once an order has been processed and has left our building, it is out of our hands and there is no way for us to intervene. If you’ve already received a tracking number, your order has already been processed and cannot be changed.
Package Protection
We offer package protection to give our customers the best possible delivery experience.
If you choose not to protect your order with POTG Protection at checkout, your order will not be eligible for any credits or replacements related to issues in transit (delayed, damaged, lost, stolen).
