Our German Brats with Sauerkraut and Home Fried Potatoes is one of the most popular dishes among the staff here at Paleo on the Go. It also quickly became a customer favorite when we last offered it. As always, we make our own brats and sauerkraut from scratch, in house!
Japanese white sweet potato, pastured pork butt, green cabbage, pastured pork fat, grass-fed ground beef, sea salt, onion, sugar-free bacon fat, marjoram, pastured hog casings, ginger, mace
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from container. Cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Heat for 12-15 minutes until hot all the way through (155°F). Microwave - Pull back film to vent on both sides and heat on high for 3 minutes until hot all the way through. Trays are not toaster oven safe.
