This hearty AIP/Paleo breakfast dish will keep you full and give you clean energy for hours. Juicy breakfast sausage and smoky bacon are cooked with sweet potato, kale, and herbs - it'll surely become a breakfast staple in your house! Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held 3 days under refrigeration prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Stovetop - Heat a little lard in a medium skillet. Remove film from the thawed product. Transfer contents to a skillet and heat over low flame for 3-5 minutes until hot (155°F). Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Remove film from tray. Cover container with foil and place on a cookie sheet. Heat in oven for 15-20 minutes until hot (155°F). Microwave - Pull back film to vent. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until hot (155°F). Trays are not toaster oven safe.
