AIP/Paleo Pumpkin Smoothie

I love this smoothie because there are no added sweeteners, just the ripe banana. The pumpkin is a great Paleo carb source and super nutrient dense. Winter squashes contain a high amount of antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin C, and manganese. The coconut milk will keep you full and satisfied. Plus it's AIP- friendly so there's no nuts, eggs, or nightshades.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 4 Tbs pumpkin puree
  • 1/2-1 whole ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash of sea salt
  • Ice (enough to get your desired consistency)
