Need a boost in the afternoon? Forget those energy drinks filled with ingredients you cant pronounce. Make this delicious paleo/AIP smoothie instead! Matcha is made from Green Tea and is known to promote a calming energy. Kale is popular because it is packed with vitamins. This delicious smoothie also has avocado for protein and banana to make it creamy and the Kiwi makes it sweet. This could be a good smoothie for a meal replacement or for breakfast. You could have all the ingredients ready to go, throw it all together in the blender before you head out the door and enjoy on your commute to work!
I have great memories from childhood of picking Raspberries on the way home from school. Consequently every time I eat them I am reminded of that time. The Avocado and Coconut Cream makes it smooth while the Raspberries and Orange Juice add sweetness. Great any time of the day.
How can you go wrong? Chocolate and strawberries are a match made in heaven. The addition of banana's brings it all together in creamy chocolate strawberry perfection. Great for breakfast or anytime you need a delicious treat!
Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. They have a bright freshness about them that I love. Did you know that Blueberries are a superfood? Paired with banana to make it creamy and a touch of lemon this is a great smoothie to have for breakfast.
