Fantastic Casserole Dish - A Complete Meal For Two

We have been buying this dish for several years but recently discovered how to make it a complete meal for two. In the past when we made it, yes, it was a bit watery and while tasty, the texture was a little off. But, now we have a way to make it that is perfect. We put a bag of a plain unflavored frozen cauliflower rice medley layered on the bottom of a glass dish. Then we put this on top and BAKE it in the oven for quite awhile. You can leave foil on it initially to make it moist or take foil off to make the rice crunchy. It ends up being a very filling dinner for two and super healthy. Not watery at all--tastes like a super fattening, creamy casserole but it's not! It's a healthy, guilt-free dinner.

Delicious lunch

I tired this for lunch and it was very delicious. I agree I could have added sweet potato/ glass noodle to bulk it up but overall it was savory, flavorful and delicious. Would certainly order again.

This is my current favorite POTG meal. The new packaging makes it somehow even better. I just cook it on the stovetop once thawed and in 5min it’s ready to go. Extremely flavorful, different textures, get my pasta fix…..excellence. Thank you POTG!
