Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl

We smoke our delicious Scottish Salmon in-house over Hickory wood chips. Complimented by the roast butternut squash, riced cauliflower and the bitterness of the sauteed kale this new dish is a hearty meal anytime.
Scottish Salmon

butternut squash
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt

Receiving and Storage:  Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to heating and consumption.

Reheating Instructions: Remove container from the freezer and defrost in the refrigerator overnight. 

Microwave: peel back film to vent. Heat on high for 3 minutes until hot all the way through.

Oven (prefered method): remove film and cover container with foil. Place on a cookie sheet and heat at 350ºF for 12 to 14 minutes until hot all the way through.

**Our trays are not toaster oven safe.**
