Chicken and Dumplings

Chef Ann once again got busy in the POTG Test Kitchen and created this delicious dish. The broth is rich, savory and slightly creamy and loaded with chicken and vegetables. The dumplings are perfect and doughy, just like mom used to make.

    Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.

    Thawing and reheating instructions:  Remove container from the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from the container, cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Heat for 30-35 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F). Microwave: peel back film to vent on both sides. Heat on high for 4-6 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F).
