Strawberry and Grape Jam
What a treat fresh, homemade jam is! Personally, I hadn't had any since I went paleo years ago because I knew most store-bought brands were chock full of ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup. Jam just wasn't on my radar, until recently. But let me be clear, when it came time to taste test these paleo/AIP jams in the POTG kitchen, I couldn't believe how fresh and vibrant they tasted.
But, what paleo foods would jams go well with? Well, almost anything! We tried them on our Southern Style Biscuits and they were incredible.
The Strawberry Jam was to-die-for. If you love strawberries, this recipe will hit the spot.
