Paleo Nori Deli Roll-Ups
The History of the Deli Sandwich
The Earl of Sandwich, John Montagu, is often named as the inventor of the "deli sandwich". He was a gambler and in an effort to continue gambling and not have to get up from the gambling table he asked that his dinner be placed in between two slices of bread. The rest is history. But, what if you don't eat bread? They didn't have Nori sheets back then, but we do.Paleo Nori Deli Sandwich Roll-Ups

Nori can get soggy because it's absorbent. Use romaine lettuce leaves if this is an issue or apply condiments to the inside layer.NORI SANDWICH ROLL-UPS
