Paleo Mayo

Eat Paleo Mayo, Not Hellmann's

Most Americans can’t get enough mayonnaise. In fact, it’s the number one condiment in the country, easily beating out other favorites like hot sauce, mustard, and even ketchup. Mayo lovers make this emulsified sandwich-topper a whopping $2 billion industry.

Paleo Mayo is a Real Thing

You either love mayo or hate it. If you hate mayo, you can stop reading now. However, if you do enjoy the oh-so tangy topping, you probably fit into one of two categories: you reluctantly stopped eating yummy mayo altogether when opting for your healthier lifestyle or you simply keep buying Hellman’s at your grocery store.

The good news is, mayonnaise can be made at home with 100% real food ingredients and taste really, really good. Trust us, it’s not hard at all. Mayo is supposed to be simple, with just a few ingredients. The bad news is, store-bought mayo is made with rancid vegetable oils which are toxic to the body (not to mention the laundry list of other questionable ingredients).

If you want to keep eating mayo, you can easily make a batch of it with just a few real food ingredients. It’s a great source of healthy fat, not to mention it's delicious. Make Paleo Mayo as an ingredient for Easy Paleo Chicken Salad or 6-Minute Paleo Coleslaw.
