What can you do with our Paleo Tortillas?
Tortillas were always a staple in our house growing up. Be it with a schmear of butter or wrapping up some of whatever was in the refrigerator, they were there for a quick snack or to make a nice dinner with. Now as an adult dealing with food intolerances, to have these POTG AIP Tortillas as an option is awesome. You can do just about anything with them that you can with a traditional flour tortilla.
Four Ways to Use POTG AIP Tortillas
This one is a classic. Chicken, bacon and spinach topped with Balsamic Vinaigrette makes for a delicious meal. Simple clean flavors all wrapped up in a soft, delicious POTG Tortilla. You can find the recipe here

Do you like Tzatziki? This recipe uses coconut cream, fresh dill, cucumber and garlic. It is traditionally served on souvlaki, which is traditional Greek fast food consisting of grilled meat that would normally be served on pita bread. The simple marinade of fresh oregano, lemon juice and salt give the chicken a super fresh taste. The thickness of our tortillas is reminiscent of pita bread here and having the delicious Paleo/AIP Tzatziki Sauce to top it off makes this dish very authentic. Check out the recipe here;

Do you like Cilantro or are you one of those people who hate it? This is a very simple, fresh taco. The shrimp is cooked in a little olive oil, fresh lime and salt. Wrapped up in the POTG Tortilla with some fresh Cilantro and Red Cabbage, the only thing that could make these better is some white sauce that comes on fish tacos (
PS you can easily make one that would be AIP by the way!) This is a simple, flavorful addition to your repertoire. Find out more here
