AIP Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

These are great wings! The bonus is that they are completely AIP compliant. You can serve them to your guests and they will never know they are eating an AIP dish. Cooking the wings at a higher heat will crisp up the skin as if it were fried. Once you remove them from the oven and toss with the sweet and sour sauce you'll be in wing heaven. They are crispy and sweet with a nice tang from the apple cider vinegar. One of the best parts is what an easy recipe it is to put together. Keep the ingredients on hand for the next game night with friends.
