I'm not usually a carob person but...

These cookies are so good! I love the minty chocolate taste, and they taste even mintier and a bit crispier if you eat them when they're still slightly frozen.

Holy moly - these are the real deal!

$22 cookies seem like an extravagance...until you taste them and realize you can't go back to any other cookie again. These are truly THAT good. I eat them right out of the freezer. The picture looked deceiving to me and held me back from buying them for awhile. What you don't see in the photo is that there is a carob cookie base--looks like a regular cookie, but carob colored. And then there is the mint carob 'frosting' on top. So when you bite into it it feels like a hearty cookie. These are so good that they will be a regular staple in my pantry going forward--so glad I finally tried them after several years of using POTG!

A Perfect Dessert!!

This totally reminds me of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies that I can no longer eat without adverse side effects. I loved having easy access to a tasty dessert that I didn't have to spend hours making! Very yummy!
