2020 unexpectedly propelled e-commerce sales across all industries into exponential growth far beyond expectations, due to the influx of online shopping. Because of the increased demand across the country (you may have seen the new FedEx commercials) and the anticipation of potential shipping delays expressed by FedEx, Paleo On The Go has been proactively working with our representative to cultivate a comprehensive shipping schedule for this peak season for any states outside of Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. This means, all other states will only have 2-Day Express or Overnight shipping options.
This change should last through early January 2021. We will be working directly with FedEx throughout the holidays and promise to let you, our valued customers, know when normal shipping options will return. Please refer to our map for further details about when your order will ship.

FedEx Services Offered:

  • Home Delivery (FedEx Ground) ships Monday through Friday (subject to change due to FedEx delivery options in rural areas)
  • 2-Day Express ships Monday through Thursday
  • Standard and Priority Overnight ships Monday through Friday
  • Same-day shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM, based on shipping services available for your particular area. Refer to the map below for more details.

Local Pickup Information

If you live in, or you are visiting the Tampa Bay, Florida area, we’d love to have you come by and pick up your order. You simply have to enter a Florida shipping address. When you get to the checkout page, make sure to select “Local Pickup in Largo, FL.” If you give us a heads up, we can have your order ready before you arrive. Our address is 12423 62nd St. N, Suite 403, Largo, FL 33773. You may set up a pick-up time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM by notifying us at time of checkout.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can also check shipping details and track your package via our website by logging in to your Paleo On The Go account. This will bring you to the “My Account” screen. Under “rack your recent orders,” click on the “view details” link that is attached to your order number. This screen will show your complete order details, tracking number, and tracking information. Please note that it may take several hours for the system to update your tracking information.

*Note - please check your addresses carefully! Paleo On The Go reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Other Shipping Terms and Conditions

Your food is packaged with the utmost care. Our goal is for each and every customer to receive their food in great condition and nice and cold, just as it is when it leaves Paleo On The Go’s door.

Although it’s rare, and mostly out of our control, slight thawing may occur during transit. If any of your items appear thawed or damaged, please check the temperature of those items. Your meals are safe to consume or refreeze if they are cold to the touch; more precisely, 41°F or less. Re-freeze these items if you’d like, or follow instructions for refrigerated food. Upon receipt of your delivery, make sure to freeze or refrigerate as soon as you are able. If you won’t be home until late on the date of the delivery, please make arrangements for someone to bring the order inside and place it in the refrigerator or freezer.

If you have any special instructions regarding a delivery date or delivery address, please include all the information in the comments area at checkout. You must provide a physical address. A P.O. Box™ will be rejected by our shopping cart system.

POTG’s standard shipping service is a same-day service that we offer Monday through Thursday (or Friday based on geographical location.) Orders placed after the 3:00 PM deadline on Friday, along with orders that are placed throughout the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday. Exceptions apply for rural areas. We strive to offer great service and to accommodate our customers’ requests whenever possible. The POTG team works hard to deliver on our commitment to providing our same-day service. If you have any order modifications, including cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and has left our building, it is out of our hands and there is no way for us to intervene. If you’ve already received a tracking number, your order has already been processed and cannot be changed.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the experience:

Route is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Route is the only way we can ensure replacement or refunds for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
