OUR 2024 NEW SUMMER MENU ITEMS
1. COQ AU VIN WITH HERB MASHED JAPANESE WHITE SWEET POTATOES
We've reinvented this time-honored French classic into a gourmet AIP meal! We sauté free-range, antibiotic-free chicken breast and thighs in a mouthwatering "sherry" sauce crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients like our house-made bone broth, aromatic herbs, and organic balsamic vinegar. Then, we smother the chicken in a delectable gravy sauce packed with vegetables such as carrots and mushrooms. This meal is complete with creamy, organic Japanese White Sweet Potatoes, an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants, and various essential vitamins.
