Most people don't know what we are celebrating on Cinco de Mayo. It's mainly a reason to eat Mexican food, drink margaritas and celebrate Mexican culture. Did you know the date marks the unlikely victory of the Mexican Army over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5th, 1862?
