AIP Salsa Verde

Ok, all I have to say about this AIP Salsa Verde recipe is...
Make it for yourself, put it on everything!
AIP SALSA VERDE
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 white onion, cut into chunks
- ½ cup cilantro leaves
- 1 large avocado, pit removed, scoop flesh from skin
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Puree on high until very smooth. Use on tacos, fajitas or any Mexican dish.
