
Paleo Cinnamon Raisin Scones Recipe
Scones are one of life's little treasures. Chef Marc Roark, Paleo on the Go's COO, has created a delicious scone recipe that is not only healthy but delicious. His scone recipe replaces conventional flour with a nutritious blend of almond flour and flax seeds and combined them with a variety of natural ingredients such as lemon zest, cinnamon, honey and sea salt. This is definitely going to become one of your anytime favorites.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by sifting into a large bowl the almond flour, flax seed, cinnamon and baking soda.
- Add sea salt, lemon zest and mix together.
- Add in the beaten egg, almond milk and organic honey, mix everything together and at the end fold in the raisins.
- Pour batter onto a sheet pan a few inches apart.
- Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes.
