Sustainable farming and ethical sourcing
Ethical sourcing practices are vital to creating a more sustainable food system. We source only humanely raised animal products that never receive antibiotics or hormones. Our meat and seafood are exclusively from sustainable farms and fisheries that emphasize using non-conventional methods such as grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, pastured pork, and wild-caught seafood. Supporting these methods promotes sustainable agriculture, reduces environmental impact, and prioritizes animal welfare and environmental stewardship.
Organic and non-GMO ingredients
Avoiding harmful chemicals and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) provides healthier food options and minimizes our environmental impact. We take pride in using only the best ingredients for our meals. We source our fruits and vegetables based on the Environmental Working Group's Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen list - we focus on buying organic for the Dirty Dozen and opt for conventional produce only from the Clean Fifteen.
Eco-friendly packaging
Our meals arrive in a recyclable box with a fully recyclable insulator liner made from non-GMO plant material. The Green Cell Plus liner is biodegradable and 100% backyard compostable; it can even dissolve in your sink! By choosing eco-friendly packaging solutions, we minimize waste and do our part to protect the environment.
