3 AIP-Friendly Party Recipes No One Will Know Are AIP

Real talk: No one should have to explain their plate at a party.

If you're following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), bringing your own food to gatherings can feel like a tactical mission. But good news: it doesn't have to be obvious—or complicated.

We rounded up three AIP-friendly recipes that are party-approved, crowd-pleasing, and so good no one will even know they’re protocol-perfect.

1. Mini AIP Meatballs with Tangy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef

  • 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini (squeezed dry)

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.

✅ Protein-packed, easy to grab, and sauce makes everything better.

2. Roasted Veggie Skewers with AIP Pesto Drizzle

✅ Bright, colorful, and zero suspicion it’s “diet food.”

3. AIP Apple Crumble Bars
