The sautéed kale is the nutritional powerhouse veggie our bodies all love. Allergens: Fish Warning: All fresh fish entrees could contain small fragments of bones because it's fresh caught.
Scottish salmon, organic kale, scallions, dill, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, red onion, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water)
Receiving and Storage: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.

Reheating: Remove tray from freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Recommended Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pull film off thawed product and cover with foil, place in the oven on sheet tray. It is important to cover with foil. Reheat 15-20 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F). Do not overcook, as this can dry out the salmon. Microwave Method: Thaw product overnight. Pull back film on both sides to vent. Reheat in microwave 2-3 minutes until hot (165°F).
