Snickerdoodles have been a favorite cookie for a very long time. Thought to have originated in Germany, most people think that they are just a sugar cookie with cinnamon sugar on the outside. But they aren't. They have a distinct texture and different ingredients. Chef Ann worked to recreate this favorite cookie for the Autoimmune Protocol. Starting with our favorite new ingredient Tigernut Flour, these cookies came to life! You definitely won't feel like you are missing out with one of these delicious completely AIP Snickerdoodles.

tigernut flour
palm shortening
maple syrup
coconut sugar
coconut flour
arrowroot flour
grass fed beef gelatin
vanilla extract
sea salt
baking soda

Receive and store in the freezer until ready to use for up to six months. Store in the refrigerator no more than three days. remove from freezer at least 10 minutes prior to consumption.  Reheating not recommended.
