Do you love a good burger? There’s nothing quite like it to be honest. Chef Ann has taken it to another level with our latest offering. She made a unique and incredibly nutrient-dense ground meat blend to create this delicious burger patty and it is Whole30 Approved®. We take hormone and antibiotic free, grass-fed grass-finished beef chuck, grass-fed short-ribs and grass-fed beef heart and grind it in-house. It all comes together in a burger patty packing a whopping 34 grams of protein! To top it off, it's served with a delicious “ketchup” made with Tamarind paste, roasted sweet potatoes, and house-made garlic dill pickles!

Sweet potato, grass-fed beef chuck, grass-fed beef short-rib, grass-fed beef heart, cucumber, organic apple cider vinegar, tamarind paste, pineapple juice, Red Boat fish sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dates, sea salt, garlic, granulated onion, coconut aminos (coconut tree sap, sea salt, arrowroot powder
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held 3 days under refrigeration prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Oven - Remove film from container, remove pickles and set aside. Cover container with foil and place on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 15-18 minutes until hot all the way through (155°F). The burger is cooked to medium, with some pink in the center. If you prefer a more well-done burger, leave it in the oven longer. Tray is both oven and microwave safe. However, microwave heating is not recommended for this product. Trays are not toaster oven safe.
