Must be received and stored in the freezer up to 6 months. Thawing and reheating instructions: Oven: remove the film from the container, drain excess water from zucchini noodles, preheat oven to 350℉, cover container with foil and heat for 12-15 minutes until hot all the way through. Microwave: Cut slits in each side of the film. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through. Drain excess water from zucchini noodle side before eating.
