Another delicious AIP soup from the POTG Test Kitchen, Try some Italian Wedding Soup today! Italian Wedding Soup is a favorite among many that typically consists of vegetables, broth, and meatballs. Actually isn't that most soups? Anyway, it would normally have orzo or some type of pasta in it. Chef Ann developed this recipe using riced cauliflower to replace the pasta and the broth is our delicious chicken bone broth. It has a very fresh savory flavor from all the spinach, broth and meatballs.

organic free-range chicken stock
grass fed beef
grass fed pork
organic baby spinach
organic parsley
nutritional yeast
sea salt

Must be received and stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Thawing and reheating instructions:  Remove container from the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.  Stovetop: Pour soup into small saucepan and heat until simmering (165).  Microwave:  Remove lid and heat on high 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through (165).
