Thawing and reheating instructions: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Toaster Oven: Remove from plastic. Heat in toaster oven on "toast" setting, medium, heat. Heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and warm all the way through (165°F). Time and temperature may vary depending on individual toaster units. Oven: Remove from packaging and wrap in foil. Reheat in oven on 350°F until golden brown. Time and temperature may vary depending on individual oven. Microwave usage highly discouraged for this dish. ***Empanadas can be heated from frozen, but it's recommended to thaw the product first***

Our two 'POTG Choice Shipping' options include 2-Day or Less, and Standard Overnight Shipping Upgrade.
Monday through Thursday, we ship all orders. On Friday we only ship Standard Overnight Shipping Upgrade orders.
Florida-bound orders are Shipped Monday through Friday and arrive in 1-day (Overnight). A few exclusions may apply.
Cutoff time for orders being shipped Monday through Thursday is 4:00 PM EST, and Friday is 2:00 PM EST.

Local Pickup Information – Choose “Pickup” at checkout. The pickup option will appear after a Florida shipping address is entered. Please notify our office at 855-44-PALEO to let us know what day and time you would like to pick up your order. Our pick up address is 12423 62nd St. N, Suite 403, Largo, FL. 33773 and our pick up times are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Has my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can also check shipping details and track your package via our website. Log in to your Paleo On The Go account. This will bring you to the *My Account* screen. Under *Track your recent orders*, click on the *view details* link that is attached to your order number. This screen will show your complete order information, tracking number, and tracking information. Please note that it may take several hours for the system to update your tracking information.
Check your addresses carefully! Paleo On The Go reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds and replacements if an address error is made.
***Note: Some orders may arrive slightly thawed. If this happens and your food is still cold to the touch it is okay to consume. We recommend placing any food that will not be eaten within 24-hours in the freezer. Food items that will be consumed within the next 24 hours may be held in the refrigerator unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.***
