Creamed Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard is a green leafy vegetable that like most leafy vegetables is highly nutritious. Swiss Chard is in the beet family so some varieties have red stalks, we didn't use that for this recipe because the red color can bleed into the dish. Creamed Swiss Chard is a nice step up from the classic dish that uses spinach. A great side dish for grilled Grass-fed beef.
