Creamed Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard is a green leafy vegetable that like most leafy vegetables is highly nutritious. Creamed Swiss Chard is a nice step up from the classic dish that uses spinach. A great side dish for grilled Grass-fed beef.

Native Forest Original Simple Coconut Milk (organic coconut, filtered water) *BPA free can *No guar gum
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt

Must be received and stored frozen until "use-by" date. Can be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption. Reheating Instructions: Remove container from freezer and thaw in the refrigerator. Oven method: Remove film from the container and cover with foil, place on a cookie sheet in the oven and heat 10 to 12 minutes until hot all the way through (145°F). This will take approximately 5-7 minutes. Microwave Instructions: Pull back film to vent and heat 2-3 minutes until hot(145°F). ***our trays are not toaster oven safe***
