Chicken Breakfast Sausage with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Lots of protein is packed into these healthy breakfast sausage patties with just a hint of fresh sage.  A customer favorite for a long time we now serve them with Roasted Brussels Sprouts to make it a complete AIP Whole30 Approved Meal.   
Chicken Breakfast Sausage
  • organic free-range chicken
  • sage
  • thyme
  • sea salt
  • mace
  • garlic
  • onion
  • tallow (cooked in)
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • Brussels sprouts
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt

  • Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  Can be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to consumption.

    Thawing and reheating instructions:  Remove container from the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator.  Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from the container. Cover with foil and put on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until hot (165°F). Microwave: Pull back film to vent. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes until hot (165°F)
