This amazing cake will definitely make you say mmmm. A surprisingly wonderful treat, this two-layer dense vanilla cake is oozing with a Carob frosting. It's topped with the classic coconut vanilla icing you'll find on our Strawberry Vanilla Cake surrounded by creamy Carob dollops. Even if you have gut issues, this AIP-approved cake allows you to have your cake and eat it too!

Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption. Remove from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator, enjoy cold.
