Chef Ann created these delicious Braised Lamb Shanks with Mediterranean Vegetables and Gravy for our Easter Bundle. This family sized portion is now available a la carte. And yes, it is completely Autoimmune Protocol compliant! There are four shanks in the package and will easily serve from four to six people. You will receive two packages, one with the lamb shanks and one with the vegetables and gravy. Enjoy!

Braised Lamb Shanks with Mediterranean Vegetables and Gravy
grass fed lamb shanks
organic free-range chicken stock
24-hour bone broth
fennel
red onion
artichoke
Kalamata olives
extra virgin olive oil
thyme
rosemary
sea salt
organic parsley

Must be received and stored frozen. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days before consumption.
Reheating Instructions: Remove and defrost overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
Remove package containing the lamb shanks, two sauce containers and the Mediterranean Vegetables from the freezer and allow to defrost in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove shanks from package and layout in a pyrex baking dish or roasting pan. Remove film from vegetables and pour over the shanks. Open gravy and pour over and around the shanks. Cover pan with foil and place in oven for 35 - 40 minutes and bake until hot (165°F) all the way through.
