Must be received and stored frozen (up to 6 months). Can be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.

Thawing and reheating instructions:

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel off film from the container and cover with foil. Place container on cookie sheet. Heat 25-30 minutes until warm all the way through (155°F). Microwave: Pull two corners of the film back to vent both roasted garlic mash and beef brisket. Heat in the microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until warm all the way through (155°F).
