BBQ Pulled Pork with Baked Mac & Cheese

This delicious dish is a southern tradition AIP style. Tender pulled pork slow-cooked for 3 hours in its own juices with granulated Garlic and Smoked Sea Salt. After it cools, its pulled apart with no effort and tossed with our fruit-based BBQ Sauce. This sauce is tangy and sweet, made with Mango, peaches and Cherries, Coconut Amino's, Balsamic Vinegar, Granulated Garlic, and Onion. Simmered slow and low until all the flavors meld into BBQ bliss! Served with creamy Baked Mac and Cheese. Our recipe is a "Craver" and yet nutritious! Fortified with Cauliflower, Butternut Squash. Then we put the "C" in Comfort with a Pork Panko Crust on top! Lip smackin good but no sauce on your fingers, it's fork food!
Spaghetti Squash, chicken bone broth, pastured pork butt, cauliflower, butternut squash, coconut milk (organic coconut purified water), garlic, whole cherries frozen, mangos, peaches, nutritional yeast, medjool dates, granulated garlic, coconut aminos organic, sea salt, pork panko, granulated onion, sugar-free bacon, green onions.
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held 3 days in refrigeration prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from container. Cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Reheat 20-25 minutes until hot all the way through (155°F). Microwave - Pull back film to vent. Heat on high 3-4 minutes until hot (155°F) all the way through. Trays are not toaster oven safe.
