Refund/Return Policy:

Paleo On The Go will not be able to provide refunds for perishable products, nor are we able to accept returns under any circumstance.

If your package is damaged in any way, please let us know within two (2) business days with pictures and as much detail as possible. At that time, our Customer Experience department will provide assistance on a case by case basis. Should your order be lost or damaged, please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and have your tracking number available.

Once your order is placed, you have until 2:00 PM EST the same day to notify us of any changes or cancelations. After 2:00 PM EST, all orders have been shipped and are unable to be canceled or modified. Please make us aware of any changes as soon as possible. This makes it easier to ensure that your request can be facilitated.
