Our newest soup offering is the exotic Tom Kha Gai.  First, you might be curious about what it means. "Tom" is soup, "Kha" means Galangal, and "Gai" means chicken. What is Galangal you ask? Well, it looks very similar to ginger but it is a different plant entirely. Used primarily in Thai and Malaysian cuisine, it has a distinct flavor that has been described as "piney with a slight citrus flavor.” Loaded with chicken and three different types of mushrooms, our new Tom Kha Gai is a delight to the tastebuds and fully AIP and  Whole30 Approved® to boot! Only here for a short time so order some today!
