Thawing and reheating: Remove container from freezer and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Tabbouleh: For best results, peel back the film on the Carrot Tabbouleh side and spoon out onto a plate. The tabbouleh is meant to be eaten cold. Cover container with foil then heat using desired method.
Preferred oven method: Thaw product overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pull film off thawed product and cover with foil, place in the oven on sheet tray. It is important to cover with foil. Reheat 15-18 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F). Do not overcook, as this can dry out the Mahi mahi.
Microwave Method: Thaw product overnight. Pull back film on both sides to vent. Reheat in microwave 2-3 minutes until hot (165°F).
