Grass-fed Beef Bolognese with Butternut Squash Noodles

We absolutely love bringing comfort food favorites to the paleo and AIP world. Spaghetti with meat sauce is a dish enjoyed by people all over the world.  But who says you need nightshades and grains to create this comfort food classic? Completely Autoimmune Protocol compliant, the combination of our No Tomato Marinara Sauce, grass-fed, antibiotic-free beef and pork, and the delicious butternut squash “noodles” all come together to recreate the classic flavors of a bolognese over noodles. It’s POTG Founder Dave Rohde’s new favorite, but everyone here at Paleo On The Go loves this new dish, and you will too!
Grass-fed beef, pastured pork butt, butternut squash, onions, carrots, organic celery, sugar-free bacon, garlic, basil, sage, organic parsley, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, no tomato marinara sauce (beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, organic balsamic vinegar, Lemon, basil, oregano, salt), coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water), organic balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, tallow, bay leaves
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from container. Cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes until hot all the way through. Stovetop - Heat a little olive oil in a saute pan. Sauté the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the sauce, simmer for 3 to 4 minutes to heat through. Trays are not toaster oven safe.
