We have re-imagined our POTG Wings to be more like wings you would receive when ordering at a restaurant, with a nice coating of sauce. We think it’s great. Now you have your choice of two sauces, Cuban Mojo,or our brand new flavor, Garlic Parmesan. Both are deliciously AIP.
Our Cuban Mojo is inspired by the Cuban cuisine we have all over here in Florida, with a burst of lime and spices that make them irresistible. POTG Wings with Cuban Mojo are finger lickin good, You'll want more!

We did a survey asking people their favorite wing sauce. Garlic Parmesan was one of the most popular. But Parmesan on AIP? Well, Chef Ann worked her culinary magic and created this delicious, creamy garlic cheesy sauce. Everyone here at Paleo on the Go loved it, and you will too!
Don't like sauce? No Problem! Our chicken wings are tossed with Sea salt, granulated garlic and olive oil then roasted to perfection.

Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  Store in the refrigerator before consumption for up to three days.

Reheating Instructions
For the sauce: Thaw sauce container in the refrigerator overnight. 
Preferred method - Stovetop:
pour sauce into saucepan and heat over low, stirring frequently. Can be thinned with water if desired.

Microwave method: Open lid to vent and heat on high for 2 minutes, stir and repeat until sauce is hot (165°F). For the wings,remove tray from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 400. Spread wings out on a cookie sheet and heat at 400F for 8-12 minutes until hot all the way  through.Once wings are heated, place in a bowl, pour the sauce over the wings and toss until coated.
