Bet you thought you would never be able to have curry again since you went on the Autoimmune Protocol! … It’s not often that people following an AIP diet get to taste the rich, complex flavor of curry because of the nightshades in the conventional recipes. Our own Chef Ann worked tirelessly in the POTG Test Kitchen to recreate this flavor profile using only real, wholesome, 100% AIP ingredients. We think your taste buds will love it!
Certified organic free-range chicken
Native Forest coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water) *BPA free cans, No Guar gum
coconut oil
AIP curry powder (granulated garlic, granulated onion, turmeric, cinnamon, powdered ginger, ground clove)
freshly squeezed lime juice
arrowroot powder
sea salt
Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption. Remove container from the freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight, pre-heat oven to 350℉. Remove plastic film from the tray, place on a sheet pan, cover with foil. Heat 25 to 30 minutes until hot all the way thru (165°F). Microwave: Pull film back from thawed product and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through (165℉)
