Moo Shu Pork originated in the northern provinces of China and became popular in this country in the 1960's. Our Moo Shu Pork is AIP compliant and full of flavor. The Hoisin sauce adds so much flavor to the tacos and the vegetables give it the perfect texture mix. cassava flour
in-house rendered pastured pork fat

Hoisin Sauce:
coconut aminos (coconut tree sap, sea salt)
coconut vinegar
Vegetable Mix:
organic celery
fresh ginger
pastured pork fat
sea salt

Must be received and stored frozen (up to 6 months). Reheating Instructions: Preferred Method-Oven:

**Our trays are not toaster oven safe.**

Preheat oven to 350.  Remove the film from the container.  Cover with foil and put on cookie sheet. Heat in oven for 15-20 minutes until hot all the way through (155). Use a packet of hoisin sauce cold or room temperature. Microwave:  pull film back to vent. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through (155).  

For the Tortillas: Remove package from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator.  Oven: Preheat oven 350. Remove tortillas from bag lay them out flat and wrap in foil.  Place on cookie sheet and heat 10 minutes until hot. Microwave: remove tortillas from bag and wrap in paper towel.  Heat for 30-60 seconds until hot. Stovetop: heat skillet and place tortillas in toasting them on both sides until hot.
