Lamb Kofta with Green Chutney and Roasted Radishes

- +
Lamb Kofta are basically oval shaped meatballs traditionaly served with a minty sauce. Our Lamb Kofta is served up on a bed of a delicious sauce of avocado, kale and mint. But the really cool thing here is the roasted radishes. Yes, I said roasted radishes. Chef Ann used two different radishes, the regular ones and Watermelon Radish, which has a sweeter taste. Roasted they are similar to a red potato, in fact some people here at Paleo on the Go thought they were potatoes. This is a delicious savory adventure of a dish that you must try to really appreciate!
