A simple delicious AIP-friendly version of one of Thailand’s most popular soups! This dish is full of fragrant Thai ingredients like lemongrass, fresh lime, ginger, and galangal. Loaded with chicken and three different types of mushrooms, our AIP-friendly Tom Kha Gai is a delight to the taste buds.
Organic chicken bone broth (organic chicken back, organic carrots, organic yellow onions, organic celery, sea salt, organic parsley, organic bay leaves), chicken, shitake mushrooms, coconut cream, button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, cilantro, fresh ginger root, lemongrass, arrowroot, fish sauce, organic red palm oil, lime juice, sea salt, dried galangal
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use by date”. Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be held for 3 days.

Reheating: Stovetop - Pour contents into a saucepan, cook on medium heat, stirring often until hot (165°F). Microwave - Peel back film on one corner, heat for 4 minutes on high, and stir. Heat for 1 more minute or until hot (165°F). For frozen cooking, increase time as needed.
