These empanadas are savory with just a touch of tart sweetness from the mojo sauce. Sold individually. PS; The beauty of handmade food is that it doesn’t have to look perfect to be perfect. If what you receive looks a bit different from a photo or what you got the last time, know that it’s because it was made by an awesome human with love, not a machine.

cassava flour
tapioca flour
organic free-range chicken
palm shortening
green cabbage
freshly squeezed lime juice
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
coconut sugar

Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  Can be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to consumption. Reheating Instructions: Preferred Heating Method Toaster Oven: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Remove from plastic. Heat in toaster oven on "toast" setting, medium, heat. Heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and warm all the way through (165°F). Time and temperature may vary depending on individual toaster units. Oven: For best results thaw product overnight in refrigerator. Remove from packaging and wrap in foil. Reheat in oven on 350 degrees until golden brown. Time and temperature may vary depending on individual oven. Microwave highly discouraged for this dish.  Empanadas can be heated from frozen, but it's recommended to thaw the product first.
