Organic free-range chicken, Japanese white sweet potatoes, coconut milk (coconut, purified water), garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sugar-free bacon, carrots, onions, sliced button mushrooms, grass-fed beef bone broth, free-range chicken stock, no tomato marinara (beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, basil, oregano, purified sea salt ), balsamic vinegar, parsley, purified sea salt, Herbes de Provence (thyme, basil, marjoram, lavender, parsley, oregano, tarragon, and bay powder with rosemary and fennel), bay leaves, thyme, arrowroot
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use by date”. Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be held for 3 days.

Reheating: Oven - Preheat Oven to 350°F. Remove film and wrap container in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot (165°F). Microwave - Peel back film on one corner, heat for 3-4 minutes until hot (165°F) Stir often. For frozen cooking, increase time as needed.
