Our Chicken and Dumplings is one of our most popular dishes. After consulting with licensed doctors and practitioners we have made adjustments to the recipe so that it is more in-line with recommended daily nutritional values. Same great flavor with balanced nutrition! The broth is still rich, savory and slightly creamy and loaded with chicken and vegetables. The dumplings are perfect and doughy, just like mom used to make.
Organic free-range chicken, organic free-range chicken stock, carrots, organic celery, onions, coconut flour, cassava flour, tapioca flour, coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water), arrowroot, sage, thyme, garlic powder, turmeric powder, bay leaves, sea salt, baking soda
    Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption. Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from container. Move dumplings to side with gravy and stir. Cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Heat for 20-25 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F). Microwave - peel back film to vent. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F). Trays are not toaster oven safe.
