Our Chicken and Dumplings is one of our most popular dishes. After consulting with licensed doctors and practitioners we have made adjustments to the recipe so that it is more in-line with recommended daily nutritional values. Same great flavor with balanced nutrition! The broth is still rich, savory and slightly creamy, and loaded with chicken and vegetables. The dumplings are perfect and doughy, just like mom used to make.
Free-range chicken, free-range chicken stock, carrots, celery, onions, coconut flour, cassava flour, tapioca flour, coconut milk (coconut, purified water), arrowroot, sage, thyme, turmeric powder, parsley, bay leaves, purified sea salt, baking soda
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use by date”. Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be held for 3 days.

Reheating: Oven - Preheat Oven to 350°F. Remove film and wrap container in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot (165°F). Microwave - Peel back film on one corner, heat for 3-4 minutes until hot (165°F) Stir often. For frozen cooking, increase time as needed.
