Loaded Baked Sweet Potato Soup

One of our most popular Paleo/AIP Soups is this Loaded Baked Potato Soup. We use Japanese White Sweet Potato, a nutrient-packed sweet potato varietal that tastes a LOT like a classic potato! We cook the sweet potato in a coconut cream sauce and meld the flavors of bacon, scallions, and garlic to make this incredible Autoimmune Protocol compliant dish.
Japanese white sweet potatoes, coconut milk (coconut, purified water), free-range chicken stock, sugar-free bacon, scallions, garlic powder, purified sea salt
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use by date”. Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be held for 3 days.

Reheating: Stovetop - Pour contents into a sauce pan, cook on medium heat, stirring often until hot (165°F). Microwave - Peel back film on one corner, heat for 4 minutes on high and stir. Heat for 1 more minute or until hot (165°F). For frozen cooking, increase time as needed.
