Roast Turkey Gravy
organic antibiotic and hormone free turkey bones
organic celery
organic Italian flat leaf parsley

arrowroot flour
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
organic Japanese Sweet Potatoes

Must be received and kept frozen until “use-by” date. Can be stored under refrigeration for up to 3 days.   Reheating: remove tray from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator. Oven: preheat oven to 350F, place tray on cookie sheet, remove film and cover with foil.  Heat 15-18 minutes until hot all the way through. Microwave: pull back film to vent and heat on high for 3-4 minutes until hot all the way through. Gravy should be heated in a saucepan.  Gravy container is not recommended for microwave heating. Mashed potato tray is not toaster oven safe.
