Polish Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Stuffed cabbage rolls, traditionally known as Golabkis in Poland, are commonly found throughout Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe and much of Western Asia, Northern China, as well as parts of North Africa.

Essentially, this dish is cooked cabbage leaves stuffed with a delicious beef filling. And, it’s SO good. The rolls are gently cooked in a tomato-free sauce, inspired by Polish cuisine. The flavors all come together to create this masterpiece of a dish. What more could you ask for?

On the side? Our classic mashed Japanese white sweet potatoes round out the dish to make this a complete and filling meal.
Green cabbage, organic Japanese sweet potato, beets, onions, sweet potatoes, grass-fed ground beef, cauliflower, carrots, pastured pork butt, coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water), beef heart, chicken bone broth (filtered water chicken bones), extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, lemons, garlic, organic balsamic vinegar, organic celery, purified sea salt, organic parsley, fresh dill, dried oregano, dried marjoram, bay leaves
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use by date”. Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be held for 3 days.

Reheating: Oven - Preheat Oven to 350°F. Remove film and wrap container in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot (165°F). Microwave - Peel back film on one corner, heat for 3-4 minutes until hot (165°F) Stir often. For frozen cooking, increase time as needed.
