We asked you what types of dishes you would like from us, one of the most requested was Asian inspired AIP. Introducing our Orange Chicken (AIP) ... We did a survey asking what new dishes you would like to see from us. The response was overwhelming; Chinese food! There's that one Chinese fast food place that is everyone’s guilty pleasure. Mmmm their orange chicken is so delicious but sure to cause a flare-up. So Chef Ann then got busy in the POTG Test Kitchen and came up with our own Orange Chicken that has zero flare-up inducing ingredients. This new dish is bursting with orange flavor and will satisfy those cravings. The recipe includes Orange Zest. Did you know that Compounds in oranges may have anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy and heart-healthy effects. Served with a delicious Asian Stir-fry Orange peel contains higher amounts of certain nutrients, like vitamin C, than its flesh. After consulting with licensed doctors and practitioners we have made adjustments to the recipe so that it is more in-line with recommended daily nutritional values. Same great flavor with balanced nutrition!

  • certified organic free range chicken
  • fresh orange juice
  • coconut aminos (coconut tree sap, sea salt)
  • coconut vinegar
  • honey
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • scallions
  • fresh orange zest
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • arrowroot
  • sea salt
  • For the stir fry
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • cabbage
  • Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Thawing and heating instructions: Thaw product overnight in the refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film from thawed product and place on a sheet tray. Cover with foil. Heat in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until hot all the way thru. (165 degrees)

    Microwave:  Cut a slit in plastic film on both sides and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes until hot all the way through (165℉)
